Barewest Wakeboard Tower Warranty
All BareWest products are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. BareWest will replace or repair, at no expense to customer, any product that fails within the warranty period. Except as above stated, BareWest makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, and the extent of liability for any replacement of the product. Improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect, and normal wear are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Call Barewest to discuss warranty claim. It may be something that's easily fixed over the phone and may not require the owner to ship back any parts or pieces.
- In cases that do require we see the part(s) for repair or replacement you'll be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please include that number on the outside of the box or in the packing slip. Barewest also requires proof of purchase to validate warranty. Any additional details you can provide to us in writing will be of great help in determining the nature of the failure, preventing future failures and providing the necessary support you deserve so we can get your tower fully operational. Make sure you put all relevant data with your packing slip so we can easily contact you.

- We will contact you when your package arrives and let you know how we will service your warranty (repair or replacement), and how soon we can have your tower back to you.
