Barewest Wakeboard Tower Warranty

All Barewest products are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Barewest will replace or repair, at no expense to the customer, as above stated. Barewest makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, and the extent of liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to the repair and / or replacement of the product. Do not add more than 20 lbs. of access to the top of this tower ie: lights, speakers, radar, etc. Warranty of this product will be void if this weight limit is exceeded.

1. Call Barewest to discuss warranty claim. It may be something that's easily fixed over the phone and may not require the owner to ship back any parts or pieces.
2. In cases that do require we see the part(s) for repair or replacement you'll be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please require that number on the outside of the box or in the packing slip. Barewest also requires proof of purchase to validate warranty. Any additional details you can provide to us in writing will be of great help in determining the nature of the failure, preventing future failures and providing the necessary support you deserve so we can get your tower fully operational. Make sure you put all relevant data with your packing slip so we can easily contact you.
3. Send the package to: Barewest, please require address and phone number.
4. We will contact you when your package arrives and let you know how we will service your warranty (repair or replacement), and how soon we can have your tower back to you.

This tower is designed to be used for wakeboarding only. It is not intended to be used for any other purpose. Do not stand on, ride on, or climb on this tower at any time. Serious injury or death may result. Do not allow ski rope to exceed a 45 degree angle from the boat. Use caution in low clearance areas. Check all bolts, nuts, and fiberglass before each use. Be sure all pins and mounting hardware are in place before each use. Do not travel on roadways with wakeboards, kneeboards, ski's etc. in wakeboard racks. Remove all items from tower before towing your boat.
